Absolutely. If you have a simple question, our front desk team is happy to help by phone. For more detailed concerns, you can schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation online. This call allows you to connect directly with a doctor, talk through your goals, and see how Innovate Health can best support you.
We accept most major health insurance plans. Please feel free to call our office to confirm we are in network, or check with your insurance carrier. Our team is happy to help with any questions.
Think comfortable, not fancy. Athletic wear, loose clothing, or anything you can move around in works best. If you’re coming straight from work, no stress — we’ll make it work.
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance information if you plan to use it, and any relevant recent records, labs, or imaging you would like the team to review.
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some first visits wrap up in 45 minutes, while others can take longer. It really depends on your questions, your health history, and which services you choose to start with. What’s consistent: we won’t rush you. If you have a time constraint, notify the patient coordinator in advance.
